Pipework fabrication & installation
Process and utility pipework in carbon, stainless and exotic alloys, workshop spooled and site installed with full traceability and pressure testing.
Biogas & AD plant pipework
316L stainless pipework for biogas and anaerobic digestion plants, fabricated to spec and installed by coded welders.
Heat exchangers & pressure vessels
Manufacture, repair and modification of heat exchangers and pressure vessels to code, with full QA documentation.
PRS, metering & process skids
Modular pressure reduction, metering and process skid packages, built in the workshop and delivered ready to drop in.
Structural steelwork & platforms
Beams, columns, mezzanines, access platforms and gantries, fabricated in-house and erected on site to EN 1090.
Mezzanine floors
Design, supply and install of structural mezzanine floors for warehouses, factories and plant rooms, including handrails, stairs and access.
Oil & fuel storage tank repairs
Inspection, repair and modification of oil, fuel and process storage tanks, coded welding across carbon and stainless.

We run segregated stainless and carbon steel fabrication areas, eliminating cross-contamination risk and preserving the integrity of duplex, super duplex and exotic alloys from cutting through to final weld.
