Robin works across process, structural and mechanical engineering, from small bespoke fabrications to full plant installs. If it involves steel, pipe or plant, we can price it, build it and fit it.
Process pipework
Carbon, stainless and alloy pipework fabricated and installed to spec, coded welders, full traceability and pressure testing.
Pipelines
Above and below-ground pipeline runs for utilities, process and services, from small-bore instrument lines to large-diameter mains.
Mezzanine floors
Design, supply and install of structural mezzanine floors for warehouses, factories and plant rooms, including handrails, stairs and access.
Structural steelwork
Beams, columns, platforms, gantries and support steelwork, fabricated in-house and erected on site.
Fabrication & welding
Bespoke bracketry, frames, skids, hoppers, tanks and guarding, MIG, TIG and stick welding to coded standards.
Mechanical installation
Plant, pumps, motors, conveyors and process equipment installed, aligned and commissioned.
Ductwork & extraction
LEV, dust and fume extraction ductwork, spiral and rectangular, fabricated and fitted with full flow testing.
Plant relocations & shutdowns
Factory moves, line relocations and planned shutdown works, sequenced to keep production loss to a minimum.
