Robin was founded on a simple frustration: too many engineering projects were being held up by unreliable trades, unclear rates and recruiters who didn't understand the work.

We do things differently. Every worker on our books, whether a permanent placement or a day-rate fitter, is vetted for skill and attitude before they ever get near your site. Every project is run through one point of contact who's been on the tools themselves.

Today, Robin Engineering Group is part of the wider Robin Group, alongside the Robin Welding Academy, where we train the next generation of skilled trades.
